Anyone seen Beauty and the Beast yet? It aired the other night I think and this image (that I got from a place that shall remain nameless) has me so goddamn tempted idek why. It's the eyes, I think. Gotta be the eyes. And the facial scar. And the beard which I usually don't like. (I blame Derek Hale, dammit.) Also Kristin Kreuk, guys. Idk. I'll probably end up watching either way because cat like curiousity but if you watch/watched let me know what you thought?

In other slightly related news, in the newspaper the other day was a front page article about how Disney World just opened up a Fantasyland themed section of the park! THERE WAS A PICTURE OF GASTON, GUYS. LIKE, A GUY DRESSED UP IN A COSTUME AND EVERYTHING. I just. I would totally ask if I could feel up his chest hairs because I am a complete and utter boob. #failing And there's a whole Little Mermaid section and sldka;sldkj Why couldn't they have that when I was a little girl? I wanna seeeee it. And I severely dislike going to Disney World. Ugh.

So last night I had some... strange dreams. I am posting them here in their entirety purely for the fact that for once, they were vivid enough that I actually fucking remembered them. Yep. (Also, they're probably boring? Well, the first one is boring the second is just fucking bizarre.)

In other news, saw The Dark Knight Rises yesterday and *FISTPUMP OF GODDAMN APPRECIATION* I kind of exploded of feels because ( *possible spoiler* ), and augh. My heart almost burst from them, I swear it.

And now, I just want all the ( *spoiler* ) fic BECAUSE REASONS. And it's hilarious because I've never actually wanted to ship much of anything in any of the previous movies and I don't actually ship ( *spoiler* ) and yet.

I dunno. Nolan usually makes me want to not ship anything in actuality so it hit me by surprise. I mean, I think I've mentioned this before but I've read Arthur/Eames and I enjoyed it but I didn't actually ship it. I didn't come out of Inception thinking Arthur/Eames thoughts. (My mind was too busy being mindfucked for that.) And even on repeated viewings? Nope. Nada.

But mostly, I am just kind of pissed at how ( *possible spoiler* ) And now I want to cry the crey's of a dismayed fangirl because ( *spoiler* ) would have made my fucking life and lajs;alskdjlskdj;alsdkjfs dlksjf. I am going to crawl into a cave of disappoint and not come out for days. Read: I'll be out Monday because it's Moonday but otherwise, yeah. *crys*

*motherfucking sigh*

Though yes, all imperfections aside (and I didn't have many of those) I enjoyed the holy fuck out of TDKR and Tom Hardy, beautiful man that he is, proves yet again what a fucking delight he is to watch onscreen. It was deliciously good for me (and I do mean his acting was nomtastic, not his attractiveness, though yes, that was, as always, good for me too). A bajillion stars for TDKR.

(ASIDE: Is there a ficmeme/kinkmeme for this out there in the DW or LJ wilds somewhere? Because I do have many, many ideas, gen and slash and even het and I just. Need. As weird as it feels, I want fic for this. All the fic. Loads and loads of fic. Give it here?)

Consolidating tags and stacks

We introduced stacks last year as a visually rich way to think about your links and we’ve been blown away by the amazing content you’ve created. But given the upcoming launch of new products from Delicious’ parent company, AVOS, and our focus on simplifying the Delicious site, we realized the value of stacks is limited for our users moving forward.

For this reason, we’ve decided to simplify how users organize links on Delicious by consolidating stacks into tags. Users will no longer be able to create stacks on Delicious starting in early August, 2012.

• The next Captain America movie? Is called WINTER SOLDIER. I JUST. YES. YESYESYES. YES. YEEEEEES. FUCK YES. More Sebastian Stan is vital to my well-being at this point, okay? Don't argue, just go with it.
  
  
• And Iron Man 3 and extremis. I suspected earlier on but it's pretty much confirmed at this point and omg. This is going to be so good. SO GOOD. Also, RDJ. Because more RDJ is better than less, at this point.
  
  
• Ant Man! I... don't know? I haven't seen the clip they showed, but I heard about it and am very, um. Idk?
  
  
• Political Animals! I saw the first episode of this mini-series on Sunday night and I'm telling you guys, if you haven't seen it? GO WATCH. It was so good. Sigourney Weaver as Elaine Barrish was strong and vulnerable and perfect. She's a great female character and it made me happy to see. And I usually hate tv shows dealing with politics (West Wing was something I could never make myself sit down and watch) but this is all about the characters and the family more than anything else, though I figure there will be more political shenanigans as it goes along. But you know what? I don't even care. It was that good for me.

• I've been playing Splinter Cell: Conviction lately (my brother and I traded consoles for the week) and I'm kind of blown away. It's a shooter, of course, because that's what he likes, but it's also a sneaking game AND I LOVE SNEAKING GAMES. THEY ARE THE BEST OMG WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME THIS GAME EXISTED? Only negative is that I feel like I've walked right into the middle of the story, there's all this history that keeps coming up in flashbacks that I don't know and that's annoying (because I'm kind of a completionist and I usually have to start at the beginning of a franchise because I'm anal like that) but it reminds me a lot of MGS in all of the best ways. And hello, MGS is <333 (Speaking of, MGS4 is finally getting trophy support, which is cool because I haven't finished playing through that... oops?)
  
  Suffice it to say, I'm pretty enamored. (And I have a feeling when Blacklist comes out, I'm going to want to play that too.)
  
  
• August comics to look forward to: Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe. I mean, really. It's basically Kez bait is what it is. It's like my own personal catnip or something. Put Deadpool on it and I'm interested, tell me he's going to kill all our favorite Marvel superheroes? *dolphin noises* Yeah. I'm easy.
